“(The language diversity is) a little-known fact that came out of this (2021 Employee Census),” said CPS Chief Shawna Spowart at a recent police service board meeting. “One of the things we’ve talked about is we need to be able to capitalize in a more effective way on some of the skills and talents that our employees have.”
